I prefer the new one because of the original “WIN” and it would be better if it was designed tridimensional.
I like the original one. If you do change it, maybe the old one can be used in an ancillary role.

I like the old and new logo both.
I think the new logo, is also symbolic of a new beginning that many will both understand and relate to.
To me, the logo is very attention getting, which also projects a coming together to a central point of transformation.
