The aim of the WIN organization and the related projects is to facilitate communication among members of the affiliated societies.

Of major interest are considered the oriented issues mostly concerning people of a high IQ capacity as well as more general real-life topics.

Therefore WIN boards are created and fully support interactions and discussions in separate specialized sections among members of each society, officers of each society, all WIN member societies members, all WIN member societies officers, WIN Executive Committee members.

Furthermore, the WINEST boards ( World Intelligence Network External Society Thinkers) are formed to serve as a general board accessible by anyone interested in intelligence and in a dialectic exchange with the pre-mentioned WIN members and officers.

The intrinsic function of the organization is based on the voluntaristic contribution and investment of time and mind by each one of the members. Articles and contributions from WIN members are published at the WIN ONline Editions journal.

The function of the WIN organization is well described and analyzed at the WIN Constitutional Statement. WIN CS is always current and characteristic of the WIN community function and it is an up-to-date presentation of the WIN status.

The external activities are focused on the development of the communication with  other IQ-societies as well  as  with governments, companies, organizations and individuals, where we identify and agree (by decision of the WIN Executive Committee) on matters of interest to participate in projects like think-tanks or other time - limited activities which may concern people with a high IQ directly or being of general interest to the concerned parties.

Democracy, respect and liberty in publishing is completely provided and protected by the WIN organizational and functional basis. Restrictions and limitations are only applied when violations of common ethics codes and human respect occur.

WIN Constitution defines the organization orientation against phenomena of racism and snobbism in any basis. The IQ-societies associated with WIN are not related with or focused on any specific religion, race, nation, culture or political opinion.

WIN manages events, activities or decisions that are made in all the affiliated societies regarding only external to each society, affecting more than one WIN-society and the general WIN policy.
