CIVIQ was founded in 2001 and has currently 177 members (2012), with a large spectrum of nationalities (from all over the world) plus ages (from 18 to 79).
The society accepts only candidates who have performed on standardized IQ tests, and the results are analyzed by psychometricians with experience and knowledge about the latest research in high IQ testing.
The name CIVIQ comes from the latin word civis which means citizen. Added to the letters IQ, we obtain the idea of a community where the members are linked by their intellectual abilities.
