Dear friends,

In our attempt to improve the WIN environment, we chose a new WIN logo. The picture at the upper part of each page is a compass. The letters W and N stand for West and North and taken it from these two letters in a row, we added a third one I in the middle to form our acronym, WIN.

The selection of a compass expresses in a symbolic manner the orientation of this organization towards the proper identification, evaluation, appreciation, application and further develpment of the intelligence capacities. In a metaphorical consideration, the compass could be viewed as the guiding instrument for anyone and the entire world.
