Different Better Clever (DBC) Society, a Chinese High IQ Society, is the 35th WIN member society.
DBC was founded in 2008 by Wenjin Chen with the aim to provide a strict threshold exchange platform for China’s HIQs, to make friends and exchange of ideas.
